actually we're a bit bored and had nothing to do really today, so my bro decided to make keropok lekor (but it exactly my mom who did it the most) from mackerel in which he had caught last week from fishing. it's been a while since last fasting day we made it quite missed it. tbh.
I was the one who in charge for rolling to make accurate shapeas if it's looks like keropok lekor from PASAR MALAM. xD
because the quantity is little, so i hv to make it in small size like-a-tiny-sausage
after rolling, we boiled then ready to eat or fry it to make a crispy and yummy keropok lekor. hee. ;DDDhence the laughter
